About Me
Hi, I am Lizzy, I have my International Leadership Management (ILM) level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. I have worked in the corporate world of insurance most of my life…. where I met some of my best friends and husband.
I started my career as a business development manager, and found myself naturally leaning towards coaching.
Over the years I have gained varied and valuable experience, and my passion for training and coaching has driven me to want to help others excel in their personal and business growth.
I have 2 little girls, horses and cats and I love learning, reading and making myself better all the time. I can’t wait to meet you and start our journey together.

Why I coach
I spent years watching talented people get passed over—not because they lacked skill, but
because they lacked visibility, voice, or the confidence to take up space.
I also spent years being one of those people.
What changed? I stopped waiting to feel confident and started acting like someone who
was. I got coaching. I studied what actually moves the needle on leadership presence. And I
learned that confidence is a skill—not a personality trait.
Now I help other people do the same.
