About ME

 

Hi, I am Lizzy, I have my International Leadership Management (ILM) level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. I have worked in the corporate world of Insurance most of my life … where I met some of my best friends and husband. 

I started my career in business development and found that I naturally leaned towards coaching. 

 

Over the years, I have gained a varied and valuable experience in sales and relationship building, but my passion is helping others to excel in business and personal growth. 

I have 2 girls, horses and cats and I love learning, reading and improving myself all the time. I can’t wait to meet you and start our journey together.

We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether coaching is the right fit.

02. Kickoff session

Deep dive into your goals, challenges, and what success looks like.

03. Ongoing sessions

Typically, monthly, focused on real situations you’re navigating.

04. Between sessions

Async support, reflection prompts, and accountability.

Emerging Leader Coaching

Who it’s for:
New or recent managers learning to lead people, not just projects.

What we work on:

  • Transitioning from peer to leader
  • Giving feedback that lands
  • Delegating without micromanaging
  • Managing up, down, and sideways
  • Building confidence in your leadership identity

Format: 1:1 coaching, typically 3–6 months and workshops available

Sales Manager Coaching

Who it’s for:
Sales managers who want to develop reps, not just review pipelines.

What we work on:

  • Coaching reps to prospect and close (instead of closing for them)
  • Running high-impact 1:1s and pipeline reviews
  • Building a culture of accountability and ownership
  • Navigating difficult conversations
  • Hitting team targets sustainably

Listen to you

Everyone’s journeys are different and I will listen to you and what you want to acheive. 

Ask questions

I ask lots of questions which generally results in you coming up with the answers and you will think outside the box.

Making a plan

A target without a plan is just a dream, I like plans and actions with deadlines.

Hold you to account

Once we agree a plan, I will hold you to account on those actions. If you do the same you will get the same results, something has to change! 

1% rule

I am sure that you are successful already. If you want to make it better then changing 1% everyday will make it 30% better by the end of the month.

We work on small changes which make a big difference.

Nature

I think we are at our best when we are outside with nature or animals. I endeavour to spend my time with you outside as much as we can while we work together.
