Time to talk about yourself is rare these days. We will make a date to talk on the phone or I enjoy meeting and walking while we chat. Getting close to nature can help with ideas and calmness. It can just take 1 session or up to 3 depending on what we are discussing.

Throughout my experiences, I have had the privilege of supporting many mothers as they transition back into the workforce. My mission is to empower you with the confidence to forge your own path. While it may feel like you can’t have it all right now, remember that you are still a priority.
